My friends bought a deep fryer and fried everything they could get their hands on. It became a form of gambling. "I dare you to eat deep fried toothpast." A friend of mine did that. Probably the weirdest thing I ate was a deep fried green skittle. Bleh.

Marinaded and Smoked duck tongues! SO DELICIOUS! And snail soup. Snails taste pretty good in all honesty! They have the consistency of shrimp and taste like scallop kinda :D also pork tongue, You gotta clean it, boil it till, and cut it up into slices (about 3/4 cm thick) and eat it cold, like a deli cut and it tastes good if u dip it in mayonnaise, ONLY Hellmann's!!

This was an ecologically wrong move, but I was young... I'd been partying (all night) with some friends at a lake cabin. In the morning, everyone was looking for chow; the place was empty. I went down to the lake figuring I'd find something near or in the water. Sure enough, there were a number of leathery eggs along the shoreline. I went back to the cabin and grabbed a knife and a pan. Later my friends found me with a camp fire, and scrambled eggs. I'm sure there were fewer turtles in the lake that year.
