What age is a good age to get a tubal ligation after having all the children you are going to have?

If you have enough of them, and don't want anymore, I don't think age matters. I mean, unless you really think you would like to have lots more when the ones you have are grown.

i personally am 20 years old and am about to have my second child, my husband have discissed the subject for about a year and we have decided that this second child will be our last. i think as long as you are not rushing into anything and your partner and you have discussed it, then i dont think age matters. tubal ligation is permanant, but we have decided to persue it during my hospital stay at the birth of my son. hope this helps....
