What product or home remedy can I use to get my nails to grow long as fast as possible?

    There are several things that I have noticed. Get a professional manicure once a month. All the massaging and attention seem to help my nails grow. Make sure you eat enough protein foods or get a protein drink at the health food store. If I smoke, even once in awhile, my nails will immediately break off. Alcohol and coffee also affect my nails, so I would limit all these things. Wear rubber gloves when using harsh cleaning products. Again, I have noticed immediate breakage after using these things.
