My wife is always on my case because I use any yeast I can find when making my custom honey-white bread. I have yet to have a bad loaf. I am starting to believe that yeast is yeast and the rest is all package and marketing. I doubt the ancient Vikings used a specific yeast for their mead and one for their barley breads. Of course if they did, I wouldn't call them on it anyway because I bet they would whoop up on ya. I don't think they took too kindly to outsiders getting into their business. To be on the safe side, you better stick to answerbag for your questions. Leave the Vikings alone!!!
