I would think that glass retains cold (or heat) longer than plastic. So I would vote for glass.

If you want an actually scientific answer, than the answer is that it depends. It's all about the thickness and type of plastic you're talking about. Those styrofoams coolers - they're technically plastic. If you're talking about a glass bottle and a plastic bottle (like for a Coke), then the glass is thicker, so if you take it out of the fridge, it takes it longer to warm up than a thin plastic. But really, it has less to do with the material then with the thickness...
