If you were stranded on a deserted island and you were completely healthy when you arrived, could you still catch a cold or flu virus?

    The odds are almost 0. colds and viruses are mainly transmitted from one human to another. this can be by a handshake, a sneeze or a cough. if you are alone, on this island, there would be no one else there to spread cold or viruses.

    I am not a doctor, but this is common sense.
