Cardio/aerobics may help. Even something simple like jumping jacks is good too. Maybe buy a set of small weights to use.

i have the same problem and i cant go to the gym because the hours just dont fit in with me so i have bought a treadmill. doesn't work for some, but i love jogging.

put those kids in a stroller, you'll all enjoy it!
