The Whitehouse said it may begin moving troops out of Iraq sooner than expected...possibly September, is this just an election ploy to help John McCain?

Once McCain's staff started talking about getting help from another terrorist attack, they went into full cover-up mode. That and Bush & Cheney really want to attend the Republican convention and their only hope of getting a hug from someone other than McCain is if they do something that gives the appearance they will end the war. . Of course, the troops, as Bush has mentioned already, will go from Iraq to Afghanistan to fight there. So, the super duper war on terror doesn't actually change.
