  • Start working out more, and eating healthier.
  • You should not try to reduce the weight very fast.. Go to the gym start working out.. do cardios etc... Give yourself some time to see changes... Go for jogging everyday... Try to do other activities which burn calories like cycling, swimming etc. Try to increase the physical work.. like if you want to go somewhere near go by cycling or walking.. Try to eat less junk food and snacks.. Eat at fixed timings.. don't eat just whenever you feel like eating.. Eat only at the proper time.. PLEASE think about reducing your weight ONLY if you are overweight.. Some girls have this "thinking" of being overweight.. be sure that your case is not the same All the Best
