I was shopping with my twin boys who were four at the time and they were playing around a rack a few feet down from me when I heard these older ladies laughing. I went to see what was up and one had his pants down bent over with his but cheecks spread and the other was looking at him saying I don't why it is itching i don't see anything! I so wanted to walk away and pretend I didn't know them.
