Do you mean English or American chips?! American chips (aka crisps) you can make a low fat version by roasting vegetable shavings (butternut squash, sweet potato, carrot, parsnip) in a small amount of olive oil. English chips (what those on t'other side of the Atlantic call fries) could be replaced by bigger chunks of potatoes and the above veggies roasted in a small amount of olive oil. Pizza, I can't help you with as I have yet to find a decent low-fat version!!
