I'm guessing you bought it overseas, since everyone I talk to that owns something AVOL got it somewhere outside of the continental U.S. I'm searching for a replacement remote for my TV. The only answer I've found is that AVOL is related to an Asian Investment Company that supports electronics sales. You have to contact the store you bought the TV from, if it's an on base store then you have to talk to that specific store. See if they have what you need. If anyone knows otherwise, please let me know. I've checked every store I can find to include online. AVOL has no website I can find.
