I'm somewhat introverted so when I get nervous I tend to withdraw to somewhere guiet,

i remain patient n let time pass til i feel alright.

Go for a jog, everything seems better when you get back.

take a deep breath and it helps a lot.

My hands shake, I start playing with my nails, or start biting my lips and/or sides of my mouth, lol.

I chew invisible gum, meaning I will go through the motions of chewing gum, though I have none.

Perspire, its the only time i have to wear underarm stuff, otherwise I never wear it.

If it's really bad, I'll take a squirt or two of Rescue Remedy and feel better. If it's terrifying, I'll try a little EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

I get shaky and I can't get my words straight. Then my palms start to sweat. Then I think to myself gosh my palms sure are sweaty how embarrassing.
