In terms of legal options, in most countries a legitimate business has certain protections that would keep one form causing too much trouble. However, if one is willing to consider illegal action then the options are wide open.

Unless they are doing something illegal, there is no way to gt them to stop other than stop buying from them, stop people from purchasing the animals. But that is unlikely. Pet stores need to get their stocks from somewhere and cheap. Where will they get them then?

Why would you want to stop it? Raising dogs for sale is no different than birds or any other animal. I am sure with all the bad press some of these puppy mills have been getting they must be watched closely and inspected once in a while.

To stop that , everybody has to stop buying these puppies.
