If a couple gets married in wisconsin and then they move to pennsylvania,but they are still legal residents of wisconsin, which state would handle the child support? and yes they are still legally married just seperated.

    As A dude who pays, I cannot go anywhere that would not have to pay in the 50 states. But I don't mind paying,it's worth it.

    Unless you are military, Your residence changes as soon as you file your DMV, which is done within 30 days of moving. I don't understand how there is child support if you are still married. Marriage follows you to any state. If you were separated in Wisc. then why did you move together? and if you are separated in Penn. then why is there child support handled by the state?
