Balloons kill more young children than anything. They choke on the pieces when they pop.

It depends if it's unsupervised or not. There are alot of toys that are dangerous for kids if their parents aren't there. I'm going to assume that the parents are supervising where appropriate and cast my vote for micromachines. They're the perfect size to choke a toddler.

I've seen some really well protected trampolines that should make them a lot safer. I'll now put lawn darts ahead of them in danger. Sparklers are dangerous but any fireworks needs to be closely supervised and if parents do this, they aren't as dangerous (if the parents have any sense).
