Yes. Men can get breast cancer - and die of it.

Breast size has nothing to do with if you will get cancer or not...nor does gender. Even men can get breast cancer.

If you are putting off having a mammogram, or doubtful about an abnormality you have detected in your breast, have it checked out. As has already been said, size has nothing to do with your likelihood of developing breast cancer, nor does gender.

Yes, most definitely. Though the chances of hormone dependent tumors developing are much less since you've got lower levels of female hormones.
