I just had a complete major tune-up done, oil change, the power steering pump and water pump both were replaced, now the only thing missing is fuel filter/gas filter. Where would i locate that in a 91' Ford Mustang GT 5.0?

It is under the car above the rear axle on the passenger side

on a 90 lx 5.0 they are under the rear bumper area behind the gas tank

okay jimmyjoe, finally, i get an answer that sounds more logical than the ones i've gotten so far. i'm about to go down to my garage at this very moment just to see if i locate it where you just indicated. i'll give you the heads up and thanks. :)

they are generally inline or you need to get one installed
