Is it just me or is it really annoying when people post questions about doing stupid stuff and then get mad when they get told they're stupid for doing what they do?

I think some people just like to get a reaction. If it is sooooo obvious that what they are doing is stupid I normally treat it with the contempt it deserves and just let it pass me by ;0)

We must keep in mind what we are doing here. We come to answer and ask questions. This should not be a place to bash others for what they wish to know or to judge them for asking. It should not be a place where we are ridiculed for our own opinions. Sometimes we get carried away in wanting to push all the attention to ourselves which will take away from the question at hand. I can assure you that it isn't just you. many here find it annoying when people ask questions that they feel are not important to them. But like I said we must not allow that to keep us from doing what we are here for and that is to help. I would think anyone who ask a question rather or not I feel it is a question worthy of a good answer or not is a question that is important to them and when it is not being answered in a helpful manner than they will get upset. One thing to keep in mind is we are not forced to answer every question offered and if a question being asked is not one we can open to be helpful then we should leave it alone and let someone else have it.
