Are we not all made of electrical energy? Should we not be able to lift off the planet's surface by changing our electrical construct in our minds?

good theory. Unfortunatly no matter how you look at it, we are not purely electrical beings, we all have mass. Mass requires real force to lift us off the surface.

Man has not yet figured out how to - 1. Change the electrical construct of his mind. 2. Lift off of the planets surface using electricity.

Electriciy = flow of electrons = has mass. Besides electricity, the body has extra mass. We are made of atoms. Atoms are made of protons, electrons and neutrons. Neutrons are slightly more massive that protons. Protons have approx. 1836 times the mass of electrons. So in order to levitate, it might be better to totally disassociate from our physical bodies first. Or there might be another way. But I don't know how.
