Write down how you are feeling, I find this always helps, you can look back and reflect. Talk to people, your true friends will always be available and ready to listen to you. Throw out the bad things in your life, although it may be hard, but some people in your life might actually be making you depressed, let them go. You will always make new friends. find reasons to appreciate your life, and be grateful for what you have like your health, Exercise! Don't mope in depression. It has a snowball effect. If you can't/don't exercise. Do SOMETHING that makes you feel good about YOU. Wish you all the best !!!!!!!!!
