  • No way to really check unless you want to paw through EVERY registration tied to it's VIN. I CAN say that I have had vehicles about that age with not too many more miles on them. The average American only drives about 11,000 miles a year. I personally drive closer to 20K, but one of my co-workers has a truck they bought new that had less than 70K after 12 years. If you're still paranoid after that, trade in the Camry and walk. Vehicles will cause you too many headaches.
