I have heard ostrich eggs are really good and HIGH in nutrients, though I just watched Bear Grylls in Man vs. Wild.

Duck, goose, turkey, & ostrich ... all taste very similar ...

Quail, pigeon, and duck. Duck eggs are similar to chicken eggs, but I found quail and pigeon eggs slightly "earthy" in taste compared to chicken eggs.

I've eaten duck eggs and they are similar to chicken eggs just a bit larger in size.
