  • Go to the IRS and Social Security and get a printout of your earnings as reported on w2's or 1099's. Since you know it is a lie then there should be no reported earnings from any company. Second, demand the person attesting in the affidavit be sworn in as a witness during the proceedings and demand proof from the person attesting to what they are saying. This can be done by requesting from the hearing officer a subpoena for the person demanding the person appear and provide all materials of proof during the testimony. The rules of hearsay are a little more lenient in hearings but the person must be sworn under oath against perjury. Further, the person may be being bought off by your previous employer, if that is so then there is a cause of action with the District Attorney as to bribery and fraud on the part of your employer. My guess the person will not show. The other thing is do you have a lawyer?? I know it is a little late but never hurts to consult one. Best wishes.
