Use "Bounce" fabric sheets in the dryer, so that your clothes will have the Bounce fragrance in them. Rub Bounce sheets on your exposed skin. It works, mosquitoes won't even land! http://repair2000.com/bounce.html I was touring Canada and asked a "local" how she dealt with all the mosquitoes and she said, "Take B-complex vitamins." She also said, "that it takes about six months for it to work, so it wouldn't do me any good on this vacation .... maybe next year."

I don't know if I should recommend this, but it is a trick I learned in Central America. Chew and swallow one match head every morning. Within a couple of days, trace amounts of sulfer start leaching out of your pores. It worked. But I've always wondered how safe it was.

One of the reasons Citronella works, is that it masks the chemicals in your breath (Carbon Dioxide if I'm not mistaken) that the Mosquito uses to home in on it's victim. There are a number of reputed repellents, such as eating Garlic, or Marmite (not certain what the US version of this is called, but it's a brown yeast extract for spreading on bread or crackers, Australians call it Vegemite). Alternatively, there are various repellent sprays, however the effectiveness of these is often disputed, the best sounding solution from my point of view, is to get an ultrasonic anti Mosquito device, and you should be able to find one easily on the internet!
