Adios. Unless you're the Terminator, then you say, "Hasta La Vista, Baby." :)
-
Hasta luego pendejo. :)

CHOA!
-
Adios is one of the many ways you can use to say goodbye.
-
You say Adiós (that's how you write it correctly). >P
-
adios: good-bye hasta luego: see you later hasta pronto: see you soon hasta mañana: see you tomorrow [note: all h's are silent. the ñ makes mañana sound like mah-nyah-nah.] hope this helps.

Technically, the question is slightly flawed, since Spanish isn’t a language; it’s a nationality. The four official languages of Spain are: • Castellano (Castilian, which we erroneously call “Spanish”) • Catalán • Gallego (Galician) • Euskara (Basque) In Castellano, the most proper was to say “good-bye” is “adiós,” though in the Andalucían dialect (which I speak) the final consonants are often dropped, resulting in an actual pronunciation of “adió.” My personal favorite, though, is “hasta luego,” which I generally shorten to “talóo.” In Catalán, the most proper form is “adéu”; I don’t speak Catalán, so I don’t know how popular this is. In Gallego, the standard “adeus” is rarely used, as it indicates the expectation of a prolonged absence; “ata logo” is more common. In Euskara (which I also do not speak), I am told that “agur” and “alo” are the standard farewells. HTH!
