Is it harassment to send a second friend request to a person on facebook after they rejected one's first friend request or does it only become harassment if one does it more times than twice?

Well, someone sent me four and I deleted them all. He said nothing in his invitation, and I had no idea who he was. It bugged me, but it was just a click of the mouse. Bye, friend I never knew!
