Do you or did you, as a kid, read Mad magazine and do Mad Libs? Do you think they helped your vocabulary?

We did Mad Libs a lot, but I really don't think it helped our vocabulary, because we mainly just used words that sounded "bad" or "risque" to us as children.

Mad magazine was nonexistent for me growing up, I never heard of it until a year ago. I used to do Mad Libs, but they don't help with my vocabulary. It's just for fun.
