I like the idea of loving without expectations and finding self-fulfillment in life. Perhaps, the question is not quite right, in that you don't have to wait for love AND you don't have to hunt it down either. I believe the great mystery is that love finds you when you are ready for it, but when you least expect it. This is my humble opinion.

I have never actively looked for it. When I was between relationships I just did my own thing and was always surprised when some man approached me. I did not go out with anyone who asked either. I wasn't overly picky, but I have highly attuned interior danger and B.S. radar. I developed it after my first husband! :)

I don't think you go out looking for it, but you do have to put yourself out there for it to find you. I found it sneaks up on you when you least expect it.

Meh, kind of a mixture of the two. I'm laid back about it/not too worried about it.

I go out and get it. No waiting for me. I can't stand being "all dressed up with nowhere to go, shiny shoes and all." Lol.
