I don't know for certain which one it would be, but my vote would go to the game that the folks at my alma maitre call the Miricle Bowl (aka the 1980 Holiday Bowl). BYU vs. SMU. Up to this point BYU had never won a bowl game. With only four minutes left in the game and a score of SMU 45 and BYU 25, it looked as if BYU was not going to break that streak. Then in the last four minutes, BYU score three more touchdowns with the game tiing one coming on a Hail Mary pass just as time expired. The PAT kick was good giving BYU its first Bowl vitory. I remember that game well. It was the first football game I ever saw. My dad was never much of a sports fan. (This was the first football game I had ever seen my dad watch.) That just took place last weekend..Michigan St. was down 38-3 in the 3rd quarter and scored 38 unanswered points to win 41-38.
