My brother and sister in law are trying to get pregnant. They recently had in-vitro done. She got preg. but had a miscarriage. Her doctor did some test and found out they both (my brother and sister-in-law) had a "rejecting Factor". What is this?

Now I'm no doctor, but I heard this from the show Friends once: the man's sperm can have low motility (slow swimmers) and the woman's uterus being an inhospitable environment (meaning killing the sperm that does actually make it to her eggs or uterus). That's one possible reason.
