  • Sorry i know this posted twice. my computer is having problems today
  • I rarely have a dream (i.e. I practically never remember them), but when I do it's either complete nonsense or very scary. Personally I don't see any value. I guess when I have a deja vu experience it may happened in an not remembered dream. In that case a dream could be a prediction.
  • Many people believe dreams have prophetic value. They are actually the way in which our brain downloads and defrags at night. We process both the happenings of the day, our thoughts of the day and whatever is on our minds (our hopes, worries, plans etc). Dreams can be affected by outside influences, including your physical health and comfort, room temperature and noises and light in the room. We use the word "dreams" to denote "positive" dreams, thoughts or even aspirations. But nightmares are not something seperate - they are just bad dreams. (Unless the person deals with a condition called night terrors - that is something different. ) We also use the word "nightmare" to denote something that we fear.
