Why do women get labeled "bossy" and men are assertive and confident and maybe active and aggressive, but we women are "bossy" displaying the same behavior!

You, shammer are not bossy. You are a very intelligent wise woman & they're probably intimidated by you.

That comes out of insecurity and inferiority complexes many mentally challenged men have towards women. I do know some "bossy" men, too, though.

because men feel threatened when they see women are ready to take them on at their game with their rules. So, they call them names.

I don't think it's quite as black and white as your question implies. There are bossy women and there are bossy men. There are assertive women and there are assertive men. Bossy and assertive are too different things, bossy being where you ride roughshod over everyone elses ideas and suggestions and simply dictate your own as being the only way. It would be naive to say that all men call you bossy when you're being assertive. Could it not be that you're actually being.... bossy?
