Why do so many people post such time-and energy-wasting videos of themselves and their stupid, immature antics on YouTube? Can you believe they would go through such trouble just to post something so trivial and gross?

Because they're stupid and immature? Or because they think other people will enjoy it (which they may) And because if you already have a video of it, it's not really much trouble to post it. Also, it's probably not trivial to them, since they felt it was important to share it with the internets, and they're not gross in all cases.

Really? I have never seen YouTube, other than the one that are shared by other people on the Q & A sites I participate in.

I am with you I would never put a funny video of myself on YouTube. However, VS Angel would love to put a funny video of me on there. So I have to watch myself.
