Probably because they are human--and don't have someone in their lives. Loneliness! It is tempting when you're lonely and someone comes on to you and makes you feel good. Quite frequently, when a single woman gets involved with a man who is already involved in a relationship, the man she's seeing is giving her signals and messages that the other relationship is over or unsatisfying. I think this a learning experience...hopefully if a woman has high self-esteem, she'll end it, or not repeat the mistake again. On the other hand, woman who don't believe they are worth more than this, will stay in it for the long haul.

Maybe they think they are "special" because someone who is in a relationship actually does things with them. That doesn't make them "special", though. It just means that those single women let themselves be used. Therefore, they are "easy".
