Question

Help answer this question below.

I like to be with powerful, authority people, and I look down on poor, powerless people, I know I should be ashamed of myself, everyone should be respected, so I wonder what kind of mental illness I have if it exists? And how should I change?

Bigotry perhaps. Powerful authority people aren't so great if they've no brain. They're less likely to be sharing and giving than others as well as seeming bossy and intolerant at times.

You can get the shyest, most quiet person and they could have the funniest jokes hidden in the back of their brains
or a boy with autism who is an incredible musician
or a six yr old girl who knows Kunfu

People are individuals and one characteristic or status is a very dangerous way to choose friends. You never know what you could be missing out on

    Maybe you are afraid.

Afraid that poverty and powerlessness is contagious.

And afraid that the only way a weak person can avoid contracting it is to hang out with powerful and authoritative people.

Maybe it was the message you received as a child carried into adulthood. The only diagnosis that this may fit is narcissism?

  • It is called "brown-nose-itis". It is a common disease amongst idiots. The simplest way to cure it is to drive your car off a cliff of at least 1000 feet in height.
