Can you list what certain colours turn into when in contact with bleach? (For example, (I think) black turns into brown)

It all depends on what colors were used to make the original color, how colorfast the material is and how much bleach is used. Buy one of those watercolor paint tins and experiment with colors. That will give you some idea of how colors are made. Browns and blacks are made up of a mix of different colors. Amateur artists make lots of "mud" when they are learining to paint. LOL.
