US Constitution, Article 1, Section 2, paragraph 5, "The House of Representatives shall choose their speaker and other officers; and shall have the sole power of impeachment."

US Constitution, Article 1, Section 3, paragraph 6, "The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments. When sitting for that purpose, they shall be on oath or affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two thirds of the members present."

For basic questions like this, it is helpful to start your search with the Constitution.

The House of Representatives has the power to Impeach the President. The Senate serves as the jury for the Trial of Impeachment, with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court presiding.

The Congress, more specifically the House of Representatives, has the sole power to impeach. After this is through, the Senate has the sole power to try all impeachments. The Chief Justice presides the trial.

Congress.... unless W passed an executive order stripping them of that power :)

Seriously, Congress is the only entity that can impeach a president.
