  • you can bulk up with high weights low reps, but if you want to build strength, you need to do lower weights, more reps, and more sets.
  • If you do high weight/low reps, you'll build strength. If you do low weight/high reps, you'll build endurance. Either way - you should give a supplement a go. To build muscle your body needs a lot of protein - my trainer is the same guy that bulked up Gerard Butler from 300 (RIDICULOUS), and he recommended Muscle RX to me (http://www.musclerxonline.com). It allows your body to make the most of when you push your muscles to the limit. Besides that, eat a lot of chicken/egg whites!
  • Dude building muscle will take time, that is all there is to it, these actors that do it for a movie do it in an unhealthy way and can harm you in the long run, anything worth having will take time, the fastest way is to just start doing it and don't stop, before long you will begin to see the changes every body builds muscle differently and different speeds, supplements will help, but not all of them are lasting (once you get off them their effects go as well) you will have to research and find out which ones are the best, and you may not be able to take certain ones, you may be allergic, many people are allergic to the high acidity of MuscleTech and they break out, so you will just have to find out what works for you, My advice is make muscle building a life style and you will not be dissapointed with your results
