I think it's about the babies that were born just after WW2. Late 40's mid 50's.

Kids born between 1946 and the early 1960s.

Just after World War 2.... Late 40's and 50's. All the men came home from war and wanted to start up their families. Hence the term Baby Boom :)

Started after WWII when the men came home, so they would have been born around 1946 and onwards to the late 50s I think.
