Absolutely, how could a baby sin? You must have a knowledge of good and evil, then choose evil over good in order to sin. Babies do not have the ability to choose anything until they begin to know right from wrong, which generally happens somewhere between 7 1/2 --8 years of age.
And since Jesus paid for Adam's transgression, what sin could a baby possibly have when born?...Later

I do not recall anyone asking when we start needing Jesus! The question was do we believe we are born without sin? Since it requires a knowledge of good and evil, or right and wrong, if you will, it is impossible for a baby to sin until they know right from wrong for themselves. whew4
