No ... I have extra large & wide teeth but a small jaw, and I have one wisdom tooth that was forced so crooked that it was turned sideways and is still under the gums. Dental x-rays show it is just sitting there. Removing it would leave a big dent/hole, but since it is not bothering me at all, the dentists say it is better to just leave it there and keep checking it out every few years.
