Nope..better yet, let him give 70% of his fortune to all the soldiers who are now maimed for life thanks to him and his war..to the families whose kids never came home thanks to him and his war. I'd like that a whole lot better.

A whole lot of Americans would decry it as 'socialistic', and a lot of other words that don't have any real meaning behind them.

It would be very nice to see him do it but to the war veterans who have lost their legs, arms, sight and what not. It would be the least he could do for them. Regards.

too bad he hadn't given 5% of his time to the National Guard, for which he was paid and obtained a Vietnam waiver. too bad he hasn't given 100 percent of the normal person's ability to concentrate and focus on details throughout his presidency. too bad, and strangely, he and his vice-president and other allies, are raking in billions of dollars from illegal war profiteering from an illegal war. too bad our lame congress won't impeach him like representative kucinich recommended 2 weeks ago. too bad we won't have any Attorney General stand up to his regime, like 3 Attorneys General did to Nixon, when he kept firing folks. too bad that the world court will probably never have the opportunity to try him and his colleages for war crimes and crimes against humanity. too bad that we don't have a system of laws in place so that when millionaires steal billions from the public coffers, they ought to be made to pay it all back, plus there ought to be a penalty imposed to teach a lesson to future thieves. in other words, take all of the illegal assets and give them to charity, the Veteran's Administration, global warming, helping Native Americans ... 70% to the Salvation Army just doesn't seem to go far enough and do justice where injustice has been embraced.
