Doubt it....
-
Sadly, I don't think he does.
-
Why should he? They are told they are expendable from the start. They voluntarily made the choice.
-
I really don't believe he does.
-
No, and neither do I. Do you lose any sleep over the thousands, if not millions, of dead Iraqis, who never picked up a weapon?
-
Does Bill Clinton and his screw ups?
-
Unless you've been in war, had someone angry try to kill you before you kill them, or lost a brother, son, daughter, or friend, or some other family member, nobody loses sleep. I seriously doubt that arrogant, ignorant bastard loses sleep over anything that has happened under his watch.

I'm sure there's enough built conviction to appease whatever guilt may occur from such responsibility, if the intent of gain doesn't drive him alone, which is an extremely significant human drive. But then he's hardly the only one to blame IF that's the case, I really don't know, in a sense many, many people are, his political comrades and affiliations just as much as the common citizen. So, permit me to go on a human nature rant. XD We may talk about how indecent and inhuman it is to do this on Answerbag, but are any of us going to do anything about that which we claim to bother us? It's human nature to care about oneself and the elements which contribute to our well being, even the idea thereof, should these elements be fabricated and used as justification for more primal reaction. I don't sleep much, but I know it's because of things that are happening to me, not overseas. It's sad to say, and probably rather crooked, egoistical, downrate worthy and heartless but, I'd rather be honest then pretending that it affects me much. I'm certainly not pointing the finger at anyone here, please don't get the wrong idea. I just highly doubt that most people are really preoccupied with this, as this sort of human conflict has been with us since we were on Earth, and we have been conditioned to accept its reverberations, whatever side of the fence you sit on, as long as WE'RE safe. The following does not state my political position, but I'm fairly certain that if WE were on the receiving end in Canada for example, that we'd want Bush to help us. It applies to anyone, anywhere.

I don't think he does, he has not lost any one in a war or has been in one. But deep down I think he looses sleep over not leaving a legacy that he can be proud of. Regards.
-
He probably enjoys it so much, he counts them like sheep to get to sleep at night!
-
Actually, I suspect he does. He seems to be a pretty sensitive (and almost effeminate at times) guy, and I'd be willing to bet he feels some personal responsibility for every single one of them, even if he feels it is necessary too.

I would also want to believe that to be true about a President. But I don't about this one. If he cared so much about people and the future of the American way of life, he would be following and defending the Constitution a little more closely. He would certainly not be acting more like a Dictator than an American President. The Framers of the Constitution were trying to protect us from exactly what Bush and the other elitists have been doing to this country. No, Bush is completely Evil. He is NOT the God-fearing Christian he claims to be. There is NO other reason he has pushed this country to war other than his alternative agenda he an others are trying to create. This war has nothing to do with freedom and democracy of Iraq. They were doing fine on their own before we got involved. Hundred of thousands of people have died, possibly over a million, and Bush sleeps fine knowing he's getting away with everything.

Hopefully he'll be loosing sleep from being HAUNTED by ghosts of the war, because he won't be losing sleep from remorse.
