My fiance says that happens to him. Sometimes when we wake up in the morning he'll say they got all "twisted up" overnight LOL. I dont have a pair so I couldnt tell ya! But that's what he says.

Holy OUCH! Never had it happen, and pray to God it never does. It's called torsion testicle and it can actually be life threatening if untreated. When the twist happens blood vessels get cut off and can cause tissue death. I had a buddy keel over screaming during a run because of it. He had to have a surgery that sounded horrific.

yes mine have twice i am 47 and this is the first time first it was the right one now the left they just turn for no reason but i want to know how do i know which is the right way to turn them back
