At age is acceptable for a person to consider plastic surgery?

doctors will do reconstructive surgery at any age, provided they think the patient can survive it. as for cosmetic surgery, i imagine they will do it for teens with parental consent, but i don't know how many docs would do it for people much younger than 18, even. as for adults, you can consider it whenever you feel you need it. if we are talking socially acceptable, i guess that depends on the people you hang out with.
