tell me about it.. I've been far away from my fiance like a year and a half now..far away distance, and we get along perfectly! keeping in touch online or phone calls, we've been waiting like 4ever cause we love eachother so badly.. and it's all worth it..that's the whole point :) AND our marriage is going to be after 1 month.. believe me it's all worth waiting when you get what you want

Well, it depends. If the couple is married and they see each other every week or something (like the husband works out of state and flies home on the weekends), it can work well if the woman is the independent sort. However, from what I've seen, the younger the couple the less likely the relationship is to work out long-term. See, people get lonely. They get horny. They seek companionship from someone local. Pretty soon they like that person because that is who they spend a lot of time with. Long distance relationships are tough, even for the most committed partners. It's not something I recommend for young people or those that are single. Ms. HeartBeat Providng 20/20 Vision to Those Who Can't See http://www.askheartbeat.com

To be totally honest and frank, long distance relationships SUCK! lol ive been in one for 7 months(yesterday:P) and its the hardest thing in the world. I only get to see my girlfriend on the weekends. But i love her and im trying my best to get a good stable job so i can afford us to move in together. They are hardwork and take a lot of patience and trust and effort. But i think it helps to build a stronger relationship in the end. The biggest issue your going to have to face is trust. If you can handle that and get past the questions and doubts that you keep asking yourself and put all your trust and love with your s/o then your going to build an amazing and loving relationship that will last an eternity :)
