  • A fair question. I think a lot of it is the immediate gratification of food versus the time, commitment and emotional strength it takes to lose weight and keep it off. It's something I battle every day of my life.
  • I would guess because it's so easy! It cost to much if you ask me. I love to cook anyway.
  • *shrugs* I guess some people like that kind of food. I wouldn't know how that feels. I'll only eat it if I'm starving. (I've had hunger pangs that make indigestion seem cute.) And those people probably hate that they're weak so tey complain about not being thin. That's for the ones who gain weight. I've known some gluttonous fast food addicts (mostly guys) who seem to burn their fat while they're eating!
  • I suspect that the people who eat a lot of fast food, arent in fact too obsessed with being slim !
  • I think its got a lot to do with how people are always on the run now days. And always trying to find a easy & quick way in things. I myself like to cook up a good old home cooked meal, grown right here off the farm. For by doing this way. I know whats I am putting in my system. Sure I'll hit those fast food places every now & then. But to me home grown is always the best way......M.C.S.
