from major hub to hub journeys(like LHR-JFK), yes. But it will be a real pain when you comes to customers bcoz there will be a long queue so as the luggage claims.

The airbus is a machine. it is designed to fly not fill seats It is designed for high-traffic routes, and at a guess, to operate at a lower cost per seat-mile. So I'm sure the operators will be able to fill seats using much the same tactics they use today. Supply/demand/price manipulation. The other question is what to do with the smaller aircraft it will displace
