  • Is there a bad amount to eat?!?!?!
  • There's no government RDA on chocolate, so the best thing you can do is be sensible about it. Good quality dark chocolate does have some beneficial qualities (it has a fairly high iron content for example) and is nowhere near as bad for you as a lot of other junk food. However, it does of course, have quite a bit of sugar and caffeine in, which aren't good to be consuming in large amounts. As a guideline I'd say around one 30g-ish bars a week is probably about right.
  • ok you could get diabetes if you eat tons every single day but the worst thing that can happen is you'll throw-up from your stomach being so full.
  • I would not eat more than maybe a fun size chocolate if you are going to eat it each day (one of those small 20-25g mini chocolate bars that come in a multi-bag). If you are going to eat chocolate less regularly than daily then maybe you can treat yourself to a bit more. The moderation is only advised due to the saturated fat & sugar content.
  • The answer you seek is on the scales
